See you at the Gullane Football Festival this Saturday!

Only 3 days to go until the Festival, and we're really looking forward to seeing as many friends and family down at Memorial Park this Saturday from 9am. In the morning the juniors will be playing in their age groups with over 40 teams visiting from the local area. A great chance to see the future of Scottish football! In the afternoon there is an adult tournament with 32 five-a-side teams competing for the coveted festival trophy. A BBQ, beer and prosecco tent, tombola and raffle will be running across the day. Gullane Football Club Festival 2023 – Saturday 20th May

Gullane Football Club are pleased to announce that we'll be running the annual football festival on Saturday May 20th. This year we'll be fundraising for Maggies cancer care, Gullane Christmas Lights and the football club itself. The morning sees a kids tournament with teams visiting from across East Lothian and Midlothian. They'll be playing small sided games (4v4, 5v5, and 7v7) in their age groups. In the afternoon the adults (and youths) tournament takes place with teams competing for the covetted trophy. All are welcome for the day to play, watch or help.

SAVE THE DATE – 28th May 2022

Gullane Athletic AFC are delighted be hosting their Football Festival on 28th of May at Memorial Park in support of Edinburgh Clic Sargent supporting families and children with cancer and also a little girl Flora Gentleman from Aberlady.  All monies raised from the event shall be donated by Gullane Athletic Football club to the two charities.   Please use the links below for more information on both. CLIC Sargent provide clinical, practical, financial and emotional support to help children with cancer and their families cope with cancer and get the most out of life. Gullane Athletic AFC – Girls U13’s

Now that COVID 19 restrictions are slowly easing, and following guidance from Scot Government & Scottish Women's Football Association, our U13's have started back playing football on Tuesday & Thursday evenings. The girls are as keen as ever to carry on where they left off in March 2020. The team are now looking ahead and whilst competitive matches remain prohibited we are looking for additional girls who would love to be part of a committed squad. In particular we are looking for a goalkeeper and a couple of girls with some experience of playing football for our "Lightning" team who play in the South East Regional League. Kick off for Autumn

The website has just had a bit of a clean after the summer holidays with all the training times, match times and coach details refreshed.  The club goes from strength to strength with 10 teams covering football in the community for kids born in 2014 through to 2004.  We've now got three dedicated girls teams/squads too and three newly qualified SYFA coaches. Gullane Football Festival

We're excited!  Tomorrow is going to be huge, world class football in the sun!  But we're not talking Madrid and the Champion's League.   No, we're talking about the Gullane Football Festival which takes place tomorrow from 9am.  The morning kicks off with a showpiece of kids football followed by an adult tournament in the afternoon. All are welcome to come along and enjoy the football, food stalls, games and bar.
